摘要：意大利羅馬世界物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)組織使用如海光電便攜式拉曼光譜儀785nm檢測(cè)Morte di Santa Orsola 。測(cè)得的拉曼圖譜與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)rruff及文獻(xiàn)對(duì)比，可鑒別破損及褪色部分的顏料，維持原畫作的藝術(shù)效果。
古畫是珍貴的文物，具備優(yōu)質(zhì)的藝術(shù)欣賞價(jià)值與科學(xué)研究?jī)r(jià)值。因環(huán)境因素、人為因素的影響，經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)污損、蟲蛀及發(fā)霉等情況，必須對(duì)古畫進(jìn)行修復(fù)處理。古畫修復(fù)中會(huì)面臨不能取樣，或由于尺寸、脆性和安全性等問題無法移動(dòng)。如海光電和Youth in Conservation of Cultural Heritage - YOCOCU APS合作，選用便攜式拉曼光譜儀Oceanhood’s portable 785 nm Raman Spectrometer RK785-II instrument用于十八世紀(jì)下半葉Morte di Santa Orsola古畫修復(fù)研究。
顏料是古畫美感呈現(xiàn)的重要載體，在古畫修復(fù)中全色屬于主要環(huán)節(jié)之一，在破損或者褪色的部位填涂顏色相同的顏料，以維持原畫作的藝術(shù)效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，基于多光譜技術(shù)對(duì)古畫進(jìn)行修復(fù)，不僅可以在保證不修改古畫的本來風(fēng)貌的基礎(chǔ)上還原載體和各顏料的顏色，而且不依賴于人的主觀意向，因此這種方法更為精確。
拉曼光譜證實(shí)了通過XRF分析獲得的結(jié)果。藝術(shù)家調(diào)色板主要是由赭石組成的。使用朱砂作為紅色，是通過拉曼光譜中存在253、282和343 cm?1的特征峰驗(yàn)證的；通過224和404cm?1證實(shí)混合的有紅赭石。
