ARS2000 Angle resolution spectrometer is a portable field measurement optical fiber spectrometer with variable Angle transmission and reflection. It mainly meets the needs of customers by studying the reflectivity, transmittance and absorption of photonic crystals, superconducting materials and other nanoscale optical materials to realize the crystal band, defect and other characteristics. The supporting manual transparent reflection measuring bracket can realize transmission, reflection and radiation spectrum measurement of 350nm~1050nm with the incidence Angle of 0°~120° and the receiving Angle of 8°~180°.
Internal integration of ARM embedded system and uspectral-rit software to achieve customer online measurement. At the same time, the system is equipped with Windows software to meet the needs of customers for spectral analysis.
