Spectral interference in atomic absorption analysis mainly includes line suppression and background interference, which are generated in the process of spectral emission and absorption. The main solution is to reduce the width of the spectral passband of the monochromator, so that the resonance absorption line of the element is completely separated from the interference curve, and only the resonance absorption line is allowed to pass through. The method of suppressing or correcting background interference is adopted to reduce the error: background absorption correction. High resolution is preferred to solve similar problems depending on the elements and required sensitivity.
